I tried to post this once but it didn't seem to work, so I'll give it another go.
After getting my Associates degree 8 years ago I feel it is time to further my education. I have put it off so long due to work/family. It really shouldn't have taken that long since work is paying 100% of it. I decided due to work/family that the traditional school was not an option. So I decided to do the ONLINE college thing. I talked to a few people about it and they were OK with the experience so far. The school chosen is Baker.edu, and the program is Computer Science. It seems a perfect fit with computers and ONLINE degree since one would not be possible without the other. So far my experience with them has been good. But this only includes the registration process.
I officially do not start until November 4th so only time will tell.
I wonder if I take that degree to an employer will they see the ONLINE school with less weight than a traditional one?
Has anyone out there taken/ completed and ONLINE degree? If so please post your comments.
